Welcome to the USAFE consolidated library for PT ideas and options!
This is a consolidation of existing PT programs and new ideas. Some have been published in other guides and credit is given, as appropriate. We'd like this resource to grow with submissions from fitness professionals and PTLs. All submissions will be reviewed by one of our Fitness Program Managers (Exercise Physiologist at the HAWC) prior to posting. We'll give credit for each program posted.
