1. ELIGIBILITY:

The USAFE Health Fitness and Sports promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of United Services Automobile Association and USAFE Services, as well as their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. PRIZE PROVIDERS:

United Services Automobile Association ("USAA"), 9800 Fredericksburg Road, San Antonio, Texas 78288-0020 is the prize provider of this promotion.

4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

Participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

5. ENTRY PERIOD:

The Sports Package promotion begins on January 1, 2010 and ends April 1, 2010. Entries received prior to or after the entry period are void.

6. HOW TO ENTER:

Visit www.usafefitness.org and complete the online entry form. Submission of a completed entry form will result in one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person and email address. The Promotion is subject to any additional rules, terms and conditions on the USAFE Fitness website. Any use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, or agents will void all entries by that entrant.

7. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS:

a. Random Drawing: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be determined in a random drawing by USAFE, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters, on or about 04/01/10 for the Sports Package drawing, from all eligible entries received. In addition, three alternates will be selected for each prize. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. NOTIFICATION AND DELIVERY:

Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to notify potential winners within fourteen (14) days of selection date. Delivery/shipment of prizes will be within forty-five (45) days of winner verification in most cases. If the potential winner is unable or unwilling to accept the award, or if Sponsor cannot affect delivery because the potential winner has not provided proper contact information, Sponsor will contact an alternate potential winner. If any prize is unclaimed after fourteen (14) days, Sponsor will attempt to award that prize to an alternate.

9. REQUIREMENTS OF POTENTIAL WINNER:

Potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Except where prohibited, potential winner may be required to complete, sign and return to Sponsor and/or Prize Provider (and at Sponsor/Prize Provider's option) an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release in a form specified by administrator and /or prize provider within fourteen (14) days in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate potential winner.

10. PRIZES:

a. (1) One Health Fitness Promotion Grand Prize winner will receive a $2,500 cash prize. (1) One Sports Package Grand Prize winner will receive a $2,500 cash prize. All taxes and expenses not specified above are the responsibility of the prizewinners. No substitution may be made, except by USAFE Services and Prize Provider, who reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value in the event that a prize is unavailable in Sponsor's or Prize Provider's sole discretion.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

USAFE Services reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by administrator in its sole discretion. In such event, administrator reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, administrator reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

12. RELEASE:

By receipt of a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Prize Providers, USAFE Services and the United States Air Force and their respective officers, directors, employees, members, affiliates and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action including, but not limited to any death, injury, loss of enjoyment or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

13. PUBLICITY:

Except where prohibited, participation in the promotion constitutes the entrant's consent to the administrator's and prize providers' use of their name(s), likeness, essay, biographical information and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

14. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the Promotion. The Released Parties are not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software or failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to entrant's or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion. No more than the number of prizes stated above will be awarded.
